	Variety Cabernet Sauvignon 100% Tasting notes Colour \| Brilliant intense red. Nose \| Red berries, eucalyptus, black pepper and spices aromas. Mouth \| Their flavours reminisce of red and black fruits mixed with spices and combined with round tannins highlights giving balanced and strong personality. Comments Medium-bodied wine. Good company for lunch and dinner with friends. It combines better with red barbecued meats, or Mediterranean meals. Affordable and easy to drink.


	Variety Merlot 100% Tasting notes Colour \| Intense ruby red tones. Nose \| Red fruits, liquorices, mulberry and pomegranate aromas. Mouth \| Strong rounded tannins, with notes of cassis and mulberry combined with the fruit’s maturity revealing a sense of harmony. Comments Medium-bodied wine. Good company for lunch and dinner with friends. It combines better with red barbecued meats, or Mediterranean meals. Affordable and easy to drink.


	Variety Malbec 100% Tasting notes Colour \| Red, with intense violet tones. Nose \| Plum, cherry and raspberry aromas with a sprinkling of freshly wood shaving. It features floral aromas of violets and spicy aromas. Mouth \| Prunes, cherry and sour cherry jam notes, with sweet rounded tannins. A solid structure with an elegant finish. Comments Popular and emblematic Argentinian variety. On the palate is concentrated and mouth filling. It releases elegance and finesse in its finish. A consistent style of fresh fruit and floral aromas. Excelent combination with red meats, rich stews. Approachable, ideal for sharing with loved ones.

	Variety Malbec 100%; Merlot 100%; Cabernet Sauvignon 100% Tasting notes Colour \| Intense dark red with violet tones. Nose \| Plums, liquorice, ripe cherries, with a touch of minty flavours, and floral notes of violets. Smoky aromas provided by the oak barrels. Mouth \| Prunes, cherries and crystallized fruits. Its tannins are soft and completed with the aromas of red and black ripe berries, with spicy notes that present it with a lingering finish, great complexity and fineness. Comments It is round and well concentrated to the palate, it is balanced and ample. It gives delicate notes in its long finish. It combines well with different styles of food, like pasta with soft or savoury sauces, red meats, omelettes, and soft or mild cheeses. The Malbec adds a distinctive spicy and dark fruits overtone and the oak provides subtle vanilla tone. This wine is a good example of a blend of the great La Consulta’s premium region.

	Variety Malbec 100% Tasting notes Colour \| A deep red colour, with violet and dark blue tones. Nose \| Red berries and plum are the dominating characteristics, along with cocoa and vanilla touch provided by the oak barrel, giving out great elegance. Mouth \| It presents a grand personality, with fine textured tannins, sweet and ripe. Round, with a long finish and a harmonious finish. Comments This varietal has a defined and intense profile. Best to drink with grilled pork ribs, game, and firm cheeses. This is an outstanding example of this paramount Argentinean variety with underlying strength and depth of character. Balanced fruit and oak combine to provide great length and persistence of flavour.
